The CEO is always best and would always be number 1 (or the general manager of a line of a business). I just meant to pick among senior staff people typically charged with major change programs by the GM or CEO. An earlier more editorial headline for the blog read: “why are senior staff people so wimpy when it comes to co-creation?”, but I got to my senses and created this more respectuf Top Ten list.
